What is it used for?
Fish oil is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids. These fatty acids are known as ‘essential’ because the human body requires them, but because the body can’t make them, a dietary source is required.
Fish Oil 500 Omega 3 is formulated to be effective in helping maintain a healthy heart, and helps provide relief of joint inflammation and joint mobility associated with arthritis. Fish Oil 500 Omega 3 avoids the ’fishy’ taste with the use of soft-gel encapsulation.

Dosage
Adults - Take one to two capsules three times daily with food or as professionally directed.
